Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since the date of your product delivery then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Customized items that were modified for you in any way (e.g., gift wrap, ribbon, fabric, etc. that's been modified to your unique requirements is deemed non-refundable.

*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you received a defective item, it will be replaced and you will not incur any additional shipping fees.
If you receive a damaged item, please save all original packaging and shipping materials and take pictures of the shipping materials and damages to the product. Once received we will review and process the claim accordingly. In some cases we may file a claim with the carrier.
In order to complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Without a receipt or proof of purchase Just Dandy will not process your claim.
Under no circumstances should you send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you do, Just Dandy will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This is based on the sole discretion of Just Dandy Management on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if it was approved or rejected, and why.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Just Dandy will process all refunds in a timely manner; but cannot guarantee the length of time your back will post the refund back to your account. In general, we ask you wait at least 7-business days for the refund to be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If approved you will be asked to send your item(s) to: 103 N Public Rd, A Lafayette Colorado US 80026. Please do not send anything back to Just Dandy until you're approved and you've been issued an RMA #.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and (s)he will be responsible to coordinate all actions required for your return.

Any refunds credited -in any manner- to your account (to include exchanges) will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus the actual shipping costs incurred by Just Dandy for the initial shipment of such items.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs required to return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
